To launch the competitive entrance examination into the Special Science Classes of the Higher
Teacher Training College (ENS), University of Yaounde I for the 2017/2018 academic year.

THE MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION,

Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law N“ 2001/005 of 16th April 2001 to set up Higher Education orientation;
Mindful of Decree N°88/1328 01‘28‘h September 1988 to organise the Higher Teacher Training
' College;
Mindful of Decree N°93l026 of 19th January 1993 to set up Universities;
Mindful of Decree N°93/036 of 29 January 1993 to set up administrative and academic organisation
in the University of Yaounde l;
Mindful of Decree N° 2005/342 of 10th September 2005 to modify and to complete certain
dispositions of decree No 93/027 of 19th January 1993 to set up general disposition for the
universities;
Mindful of Decree N“ 2011/408 09‘h December 2011 to organize the government;
Mindful of Decree N" 2011/410 of 09th December 2011 to appoint members of government;
Mindful of Decree Nu 2012/433 of 0’!St 2012 October to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Order N°17/00056/MlNESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDAC of to set up the calendar for
competitive examinations into the institutions of Cameroon state universities, in the course
of the academic year 2015-2016;
On the proposal of the Rector of the University of Yaounde l;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOW

Article 1: A competitive entrance examination, based on file study for admission into the
Special Science Classes section of the Higher Teacher Training College has been launched for the
2017/2018 academic year.

Article 2 : The number of places open for the competitive entrance examination are as follows:
' 35 students for mathematics series;
' 35 students for sciences series,

Article 3: The competitive entrance examination is open to male and female Cameroonians aged 21
years at most by December 2016 who hold of the following certificates obtained during the 2016/2017
academic year

c for mathematics series, the Baccalauréat scientifique in series C, D, E, or the GCE AL
(Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry);

o for sciences series, the Baccalauréat in series C, D, F or the GCE AL (Biology, Physics and

Chemistry).
AriicleA : Complete application files shall comprise the following documents:
0 A registration form available in ENS, Regional Delegations of Secondary Education, on
MINESUP website ,http;//ww,w.minesup.gov.cm or the ENS website http://wwwenscm
0 A certified photocopy of the birth certificate issued not more than six (6) months ago;
0 GCE O/L or probatoire certificate or attestation;
0 GCE O/L or probatoire results slip;
0 GCE A/L or Baccalauréat certificate or attestation;
0 GCE Ali. or Baccalauréat results slip ;

0 A medical certificate (form provided by ENS);
I A receipt of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA as registration fee issued by BICEC account
N" 95647265002. No other form of payment is accepted;

0 An A4 self-addressed envelope bearing a stamp at the rate in force.

Article5 : All complete application files should be submitted at the Higher Teacher Training College
(Administrative Bureau Special Science Classes) latest September 15, 2017.

Articlefi : The results shall be published by the Minister of Higher Education.

Article 7: The examination fee is non refundable.

Article : The Rector of the University of Yaounde l, the Director of the Department of University
accreditations and quality, and the Director of the Higher Teacher Training College, each in his/her
own sphere, are responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered and
published in English and French wherever necessary.
