The Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education Mounouna Foutsou, announces to the general public of the launching of the Queen Elisabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) for 2019-2020 Academic year.

The Queen Elisabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) which is in its second edition are fully-funded Master's scholarships open to all Commonwealth citizens to undertake studies in some selected member Countries.

Interested applicants, holders of a Bachelor's degree in diversed fields are invited to consult the website below for details and specific modalities for application. Successful applicants can access a wide range of courses and benefit from the expertise provided by universities in a range of countries.

Applications are open until Wednesday 26 June and must be completed online through the following website:
www.acu.ac.uk/qecs.
