DECIDE :

ARTICLE 1 Un concours d'entrée en première année de l'École de Technologie de l'Université de Bamenda pour le compte de l'année académique 2026/2027 est lancé dans les filières suivantes : Technologie d'AgriBusiness, Génie Agricole et de l'Environnement, Technologie de Production Animale, Technologie de Production Végétale, Sciences et Technologie Alimentaires, Technologie Forestière et Faunique, Électrotechnique, Génie de l'Électricité Renouvelable, Génie du Thermique Renouvelable, Génie des Bioénergies, Télécommunication, Maintenance Réseaux et Systèmes Informatiques, Science des Données et Génie Logiciel.

ARTICLE 2 Le concours est ouvert en une seule session aux Camerounais des deux sexes et aux candidats étrangers résidant au Cameroun.

ARTICLE 3 Les diplômes requis et le nombre de places disponibles dans les différentes mentions en première année de l'École de Technologie de l'Université de Bamenda au titre de l'année académique 2026/2027 se présentent comme suit :

ARTICLE 4 Le dossier de candidature devra comporter : une fiche de candidature à remplir en ligne sur le site de l'École de Technologie à l'adresse https://www.coltech.uniba.cm ; une photocopie certifiée conforme de l'acte de naissance datant de moins de six mois ; une photocopie certifiée conforme du GCE A/L ou du Baccalauréat ou équivalent ; une photocopie certifiée conforme du GCE O/L ou du Probatoire ou équivalent ; un reçu de paiement des frais de concours d'un montant non remboursable de 20 000 FCFA à déposer dans le compte COLTECH à NFC Bank ; une enveloppe format A4 timbrée ; quatre photos d'identité (4x4).

ARTICLE 5 Les titulaires de diplômes étrangers devront présenter soit l'équivalence, soit le récépissé attestant qu'ils ont demandé l'équivalence de leurs diplômes. L'admission définitive ne sera confirmée que sur présentation du texte leur accordant l'équivalence.

ARTICLE 6 Le dossier physique complet doit être déposé à votre centre d'examen le jour de l'examen écrit.

ARTICLE 7 L'examen comprend : étude des dossiers (30 % de l'évaluation totale) et deux épreuves écrites (70 %).

ARTICLE 8 Les épreuves écrites auront lieu le 19 septembre 2026 dans les centres suivants : Université de Bamenda - Bambili, Bafoussam, Buéa, Douala et Yaoundé. Les candidats doivent se présenter au moins 30 minutes avant le début des épreuves, munis de leur carte nationale d'identité et du quitus de dépôt des dossiers.

ARTICLE 9 La Vice-Chancellor de l'Université de Bamenda, le Directeur de l'École de Technologie et le Directeur des Accréditations Universitaires et de la Qualité du Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur sont chacun chargés de la mise en œuvre de cette décision qui doit être enregistrée et publiée en anglais et en français partout où besoin sera.

Article 1- Un concours d’entrée en première année de College of Technology de l’Université de
Bamenda & été lancé au titre de l’année académique 2017/2018 dans les filières Agrihnsincss
Technology, Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, Animal Production 'l‘cchnology, Crop
Production Technology, Food Science and Technology, Electric Power Engineering, Electronics.
Computer Networks and Systems Maintenance et Software Engineering.

Article 2— (l) Le concours sera organisé en une séance pour les Camerounais des deux sexes. titulaires
du GCE AL ou du Baccalauréat ou tout diplôme reconnu équivalent par le Ministère de l'Enseignement
Supérieur ;

(2) L'inscription est ouverte aux candidats qualifiés qui n'auront pas plus de vingt—huit (28) ans
au 1er Janvier 2018

centres d‘examen suivants: Université de Bamenda — Campus de Mile 3 Nkwen, Buea, Douala et
Yaoundé.

(2) Un communiqué radio du Vice—Chancellor de l‘Université de Bamenda indiquera les modalités
pratiques liées à l’organisation dudit concours.

(3) Le candidats sont invités à se présenter dans les dii‘tërents centres d’examen, au moins 30 minutes
avant le début des épreuves. ils devront se munir de leur Carte Nationale d’Identité, ainsi que du
Quitns de dépôt du dossier d’inscription à l’examen.

Competitive Entrance Examinations into Schools of State Universities for the 2017/2018 academic

On the proposal ofthe Vice Chancellor of The University ofBamenda

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1- A competitive entrance examination of students into the first year of the College of
Technology of The University of Barnenda has been launched for the 2017/18 academic year in the
Agribusiness Technology, Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, Animal Production
Technology, Crop Production Technology, Food Science and Technology, Electric Power
Engineering, Electronics, Computer Networks and Systems Maintenance and Software
Engineering programmes.

Article 2—(1) The examination shall be organized in one sitting for Cameroonians of both sexes as well
as to foreigners resident in Cameroon.
(2) Admission is open to qualified candidates of not more than twenty eight (28) years old on
151 January 2018;

I A certified true copy of GCE A/L or Baccalaure'at or equivalent diploma dated not more than six
(6) months;
0 A certified true copy of GCE 0/1. or Probatoire or equivalent diploma dated not more than six
(6) months;
0 A receipt upon payment of twenty thousand (20,000) FCFA as non—refundable registration fees
delivered by NFC BANK S.A. following the bank code 10025, branch code 00030, account
number 0301640104384253 or by MTN or Orange Money. No other form 01‘ payment is
accepted;
0 One self—addressed large envelope bearing a 500 francs CFA stamp;
- Four passport-size photographs;

Article 5— (1) Holders of foreign diplomas shall submit either the equivalence or the receipt showing
that they applied for the equivalence of their diplomas or certificates. The order granting equivalence
and the receipt are issued by the Minister of Higher Education.
(2) The final admission of these candidates shall be confirmed only on presentation within
the date limit set by the competent authorities ofthe text granting them equivalence.

Article 6- Complete files should be submitted to the directorate of the College of Technology, The
University ofBamenda and in all delegations of Secondary Education latest 81h September, 2017.

Article 7 — The examination shall comprise:

(2) The syllabuses of the competitive entrance examination are the same as in the GCE A/L or
Baccalaureate programmes.

Article 9— (1l) The written papers will take place on Saturday 16‘'1 September, 2017 in the following
four (4) Examination Centres: The University of Bamenda - Mile 3 Nkwen Campus, Buea, Douala
and Yaounde.
(2) A press release published by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bamenda shall ultimately
indicate the modalities ofthe organization ofthe written examination.
(3) Candidates are requested to come to the examination centres at least 30 minutes before the start of
each examination paper. They most come along with their National Identity Card and acceptance slip.

Concours d‘entrée dans les Écoles et Facultés des Universités d’État au titre de l‘année académique
2017/2018;

Article 1: il est ouvert un concours d‘entrée en première année de l’Institut Supérieur de Transport et Logistique
de l‘Université de Bamenda au titre de l‘année académique 2017/2018 dans les filières suivantes:

Article 2: (1) Le concours est ouvert aux Camerounais des deux sexes, titulaires d‘un probatoire avec une
moyenne en mathématiques et en anglais ou d'un GCE O/L en 05 matières au moins dont l’anglais e_t
les mathématiques % l‘économie et trois autres matières à l‘exclusion du Religion Knowledge et d‘un

GCE A/L en deux matières au moins dont les Mathématiques ou l’Économie à l‘exclusion du Religion
Knowledge, d‘un Baccalauréat ou de tout autre diplôme reconnu équivalent par le Ministère de
l'Enseignement Supérieur.

(2) La table ci—dessous indique les diplômes exigés des candidats pour l‘admission dans l‘une des
filières ouvertes au concours:

Le dossier de candidature est constitué de toutes les pièces suivantes:
Une fiche de candidature à retirer à l'Institut Supérieur de Transport et Logistique au campus de
l‘Université de Bamenda à Bambili, à la Délégation Régionale des Enseignements Secondaires du
Littoral (Douala), à l‘Ecole des Sciences et Médecine Vétérinaires de l‘Université de Ngaoundéré, au
MINESUP à Yaoundé ou déchargée du site de l‘Université de Bamenda : Muhﬁgej ; ou du site
de l’ISTL: www.hitibamendacm_; ,

Une copie dactylographiée certifiée conforme de l‘acte de naissance datant de moins de six (6)
mois;
Une photocopie certiﬁée conforme du GCE O/L ou du Probatoire datant de moins de six (06) mois;
Une photocopie certifiée conforme du GCE A/L, du Baccalauréat ou de tout autre diplôme reconnu par
le Ministère de l‘Enseignement Supérieur datant de moins de six (6) mois;
Les photocopies certifiées conformes des relevés de notes du GCE O/L ïdg GCE A/L ou du
Probatoire @ Baccalauréat;
- Un certificat médical datant de moins de trois (03) mois délivré par un médecin de l‘administration;
. Le reçu de versement de la somme de vingt mille (20,000) FCFA dans le compte bancaire n° 10025
00032 16201050747-67 ouvert à la NFC BANK S.A, par Orange Money ou par MTN Mobile Money et
représentant les frais de concours ;
- Une enveloppe de format A4 timbrée conformément à la réglementation en vigueur et portant
l‘adresse du candidat;
. Quatre photos d‘identité en couleur.
- Au terme de leur admission, les candidats sont tenus de déposer une copie de leur diplôme
authentifiée par l‘Office du Baccalauréat ou du GCE Board selon le cas.

Article 4: Le dossier complet doit être déposé à I‘lSTL situé au campus de l’Université de Bamenda a
Bambili ou a l'Antenne de l'UBa située dans l‘immeuble de l'institut de Gouvernance Numérique Universitaire en face de
l‘arrêt du Bus Bleu entre L‘Ecole Polytechnique (UY1) et le CHU, ou à l‘Ecole des Sciences et Médecine Vétérinaires
(ESMV) de l‘Université de Ngaoundéré au plus tard le 25 Août 2017.

Article 5: Le concours comprend:

1) Des épreuves écrites qui compteront pour 70% de la note ﬁnale;
2) Une évaluation des performances antérieures sur la base du dossier pour 30% de la note ﬁnale.

Article 6: Les épreuves écrites se dérouleront le 09 Septembre 2017 dans les quatre centres de Bambili,
Douala, Yaoundé et Ngaoundéré.

Article 7: Le programme du concours est celui du Baccalauréat ou du GCE A/L des séries correspondant.

Article 8: Chacune des épreuves écrites sera notée de zéro à vingt. Toute note inférieure à cinq est éliminatoire.

Article 9: Les questions porteront sur la culture générale, l‘anglais, le français, les mathématiques et l‘économie.

Le poids des épreuves est ainsi qu'il suit:
Epreuve I (Majeure) durée : 3 heures ; Coefﬁcient/1: Mathématiques ou Economie

Epreuve il (Mineure) durée : 2 heures ; Coefficient 2 : Culture générale, anglais et français.

Article 10: Au terme du concours, le jury dressera la liste des candidats admis et classés par ordre alphabétique
pour publication par le Ministre de l‘Enseignement Supérieur.

Article 11: La composition du jury ci—dessus mentionné est ﬁxée par le Ministre de l‘Enseignement Supérieur.

Article 12: Le Vice Chancellor de l‘Université de Bamenda, le Directeur des Accréditations Universitaires et le
Directeur de l‘Institut Supérieur de Transport et Logistique sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le
concerne, de l‘application du présent arrêté Lse_ra enregistré et publié partout où besoin sera.

modified and supplemented by Decree No 2005/2342 of 10‘n September 2005;
Mindful of Decision NO 004/CAB/PM of 10‘h February 20000n admission into national schools of training and
recruitment of civil servants,
Mindful of Decree ND 2010/371 of 14th December 2010 to create The University of Bamenda;
Mindful of Decree NO 2010/372 of 14th December 2010 to erect the Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics;
Mindful of Decree N0 2011/045 of 08th March 2011 to organize the University of Bamenda;
Mindful of Decree ND 2011/408 01091n December 2011 to organize the Government;
Mindful of Decree n0 2011/410 0109m December 2011 to appoint members of Government;
Mindful of Decree N0 2015/541 of 27/h November 2015 appointing the Vice Chancellor of The University of
Bamenda;
Mindful of Decree No 2012/4323 of 1St October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree NO 2014/189 of 04m June 2014 appointing the Director of Higher Institute of Transport and
Logistics;
Mindful of Order N° 17/00056/MlNESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE of 251h January 2017 to draw the calendar of
the Competitive Entrance Examination into Schools and Faculties of State Universities for the
2017/2018 academic year.

Article 1: A competitive entrance examination into year one of the Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics
(HITL), of the University of Bamenda, for the 2017/2018 academic year has been launched in the
following Departments: -

Article 2: (1) The examination shall be organized in one sitting to Cameroonians of both sexes, holders of GCE

A/L or Baccalaureate or any equivalent diploma recognized by the Minister of Higher Education in
addition to 5 O/L papers including English Language and Maths or Economics and excluding Religious
Knowledge or Probatoire with pass in English and Mathematics.



(2) The table below shows the required diplomas or certificates 3 candidate must have to be qualified
to register for the common entrance in a given Department.

Article 3: An application file shall comprise the following documents:

A registration form to be collected from the Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics (HITL) Bambili,
Littoral Regional Delegation of Secondary Education (Douala), MINESUP Yaounde, The Veterinary
School (ESVM) of the University of Ngaoundere or downloaded from wwwunibdanet; or
wwwhitlbamendacm'

A certified printed copy of the birth certificate dated not more than six (6) months;
A certified photocopy of GCE O/L or Probatoire dated not more than six (06) months;
A certified photocopy of GCE A/L or Baccalauréat or equivalent diploma dated not more than six (6)
months;
Certified photocopies of GCE O/L M GCE A/L or Probatoire ﬂ Baccalauréat transcripts;
A medical certificate which is less than three (03) months issued by a Doctor of the Public Service;
A receipt upon payment of twenty thousand (20,000) FCFA as non-refundable registration fees
delivered by NFC BANK S.A following the bank code 10025 00032 16201050747-67, by Orange
Money or MTN Mobile Money.
One self-addressed large envelope bearing stamps in conformity with the regulations in force;
Four passport size photographs,

Upon admission, candidates are expected to present an authenticated copy of their certificate by The
GCE Board/ Office du Baccalauréat.

Article 4: Complete files should be submitted to HITL Bamenda or to The University of Bamenda Office
in Yaounde situated in the lnstitite for University Digital Governance (UY1) building opposite the Blue Bus Stop between
Ecole Polytechnique and CHU, or The Veterinary School (ESMV) of the University of Ngaoundere, latest August 25‘",
2017.
Article 5: The competitive Entrance Examination shall comprise:
1) A written examination counting for 70% of the ﬁnal mark,
2) An assessment of the candidate's previous academic work based on transcript results for 30%.

Article 6: The written papers shall take place on September 9th, 2017 in the four centres of Bambili, Douala,
Yaounde, and Ngaoundere.
Article 7: The syllabuses of the written examination are the same as in the Baccalaureats or GCE A/L
corresponding programmes.
Article 8: Marks for each paper of the written tests are ranged from zero to twenty. Any candidate who scores
less than ﬁve out of twenty shall be disqualified;
Article 9: Questions will cover General Knowledge, English, French, Maths and Economics.

The examination structure is indicated as follows:
Paper | (Major) 3 hours Coefficient 4: Mathematics or Economics
Paper |l (Minor) 3 hours Coefficient 2 (General Knowledge), English and French

Article 10: After the test, the jury shall prepare the lists of successful candidates per Department and alphabetical
order for publication by the Minister of Higher Education;

Education.
