LE MINISTRE D’ÉTAT, MINISTRE DE L’ENSEIGNEMENT SUPÉRIEUR : Vu la Constitution ; Vu la Loi nº2023/007 du 25 juillet 2023 portant orientation de l’Enseignement Supérieur au Cameroun ; Vu les décrets relatifs à la création et à l’organisation des Universités d’État et du MINESUP ; Vu la décision nº18260039/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC du 17 février 2026 fixant le calendrier des concours d’entrée dans les Établissements des Universités d’État du Cameroun ;

DECIDE :

ARTICLE 1 : Un concours sur épreuves pour le recrutement de cent vingt (120) étudiants en première année de la Filière Sciences Biomédicales de la Faculté de Médecine et des Sciences Pharmaceutiques de l’Université de Dschang, au titre de l’année académique 2026/2027, est ouvert dans les centres de DSCHANG (campus principal) et YAOUNDÉ (campus de Ngoa-Ekelle).

Sont concernés :

Les élèves des classes de Terminales Scientifiques séries C et D, des classes de Upper Sixth scientifiques ayant obtenu le GCE « O » Level en quatre matières au moins (hors « Religious Knowledge »).
Les titulaires du Baccalauréat séries C et D ou du GCE/AL en au moins trois matières scientifiques.
Les titulaires de tout autre diplôme admis en équivalence ou en dispense par le Ministre d’État, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur.

Les candidats ressortissants des pays membres de la CEMAC ayant ratifié les textes relatifs au traitement national des étudiants et justifiant des qualifications requises sont admis à composer dans les mêmes conditions que les Camerounais.

ARTICLE 2 : Le concours comporte :

L’étude du dossier scolaire (20 points).
Des épreuves écrites (100 points).

Épreuves écrites (QCM, durée 3 heures) :

Biologie (50 points)
Chimie (25 points)
Physique (25 points)

ARTICLE 3 : Les candidats inscrits sous réserve d’un diplôme ne seront définitivement admis qu’après présentation de l’original ou de l’attestation de réussite.

ARTICLE 4 : DOSSIER DE CANDIDATURE Le dossier comprend :

Formulaire d’inscription en ligne, téléchargé, timbré à 1500 FCFA et signé.
Reçu de versement des droits d’inscription.
Photocopie certifiée conforme de l’acte de naissance (moins de 3 mois).
Photocopie certifiée conforme du Baccalauréat ou GCE/AL, ou diplôme équivalent.
Photocopies certifiées conformes des relevés de notes du Probatoire et du Baccalauréat ou du GCE/OL et du GCE/AL.
Certificat médical délivré par un médecin de l’administration.
Quatre photos d’identité 4×4.
Une enveloppe format A4 timbrée portant l’adresse du candidat.

ARTICLE 5 : Les candidats doivent être âgés de 23 ans au plus au 1er octobre 2026.

ARTICLE 6 : Les droits d’inscription s’élèvent à 20 000 FCFA, payables auprès de l’établissement financier agréé choisi lors de l’inscription en ligne. Ces droits ne sont pas remboursables.

d‘Etat;
Vu le Décret n°2015/398 du 15 septembre 2015 portant nomination des Recteurs dans certains Universités d‘Etat;
Vu l’arrêté n°17/00056/MlNESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE du 25 janvier 2017 fixant le calendrier du concours d’entrée
dans les établissements des Universités d'Etat du Cameroun au titre de l’année académique 2017—2018;

Sur proposition du Recteur de l‘Université de Dschang;

ARRETE
Article 1er : Un concours sur épreuves écrites et étude de dossiers pour le recrutement de Sept cent
cinquante cinq (755) élèves en première année de l‘Institut Universitaire de Technologie FOTSO Victor (IUT—
FV) de Bandjoun, de l’Université de Dschang, est ouvert au titre de l'année académique 2017/2018, dans les
cursus du Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie (DUT), et du Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS).

Article 2: (1) le concours est ouvert en une seule session, aux candidats titulaires du Baccalauréat ou du
GCE/AL en deux matières scientifiques au moins, obtenu en une seule session, ou de tout autre diplôme
admis en équivalence par le Ministre de l‘Enseignement Supérieur.

La qualification des candidats titulaires du GCE/AL, sera justifiée par l’obtention du GCE/OL en quatre
matières au moins et en une seule session. La matière « Religious knowledge » n’étant pas prise en compte.

(2) sont autorisés à concourir, les candidats titulaires des Baccalauréats Scientifiques et
industrielles, séries C, D, E, F, Tl, MAV et MEIVI ainsi qu'à ceux des classes du General Certificate of Education
Advanced Level (GCE /AL) scientifiques (Mathématique, Physique ou Chimie).
Article 3 : Les Droits Universitaires requis pour les candidats admis est de :
— Cinquante mille (50 000) francs CFA, pour le cursus du DUT;
— Deux cent mille (200 000) francs CFA, pour le cursus du BTS.

Article 4 : (1) Chaque dossier comprendra obligatoirement, les pièces ci - après :
1—une fiche d‘inscription à imprimer lors de i’inscription en ligne sur la plate-forme
http://www.sigesonline.univ-dschang.org
2—les relevés de notes des classes de Seconde, Première et Terminale ou Form 5, Form 6 and Upper sixth;
3 — un relevé de notes du Baccalauréat ou du GCE/AL et du Probatoire ou du GCE/OL
4 - une photocopie certifiée conforme de l'un des diplômes ouvrant droit au concours;
5 — quatre photos d'identité (4x4) en couleur;
6 - un extrait de casierjudiciaire datant de moins de trois mois;
7 — une photocopie d'acte de naissance certifiée conforme datant de moins de trois mois;
8 — un certificat médical délivré par un médecin fonctionnaire, datant de moins de trois mois;
9 — une enveloppe de format A4 timbrée à 400 francs et portant l'adresse du candidat;
10… un reçu de versement d'un montant de vingt mille (20 000) francs CFA à titre de droit d'inscription.
Cette somme peut être payée à partir d’une agence EXPRESS UNION, EXPRESS EXCHANGE ou MTN
MOBILE MONEY sur présentation d’un quitus préalablement téléchargé et imprimé lors de l’inscription
en ligne.

(2) Les candidats préparant l'un des diplômes cités ci—dessus pourront être autorisés à composer sous
réserve de l'obtention du diplôme requis.

(3) Seuls les candidats présentant un dossier réglementaire seront convoqués pour concourir. Pour

Article 5 : Les candidats titulaires de diplômes étrangers doivent présenter, soit l‘arrêté d’équivalence, soit le
récépissé du dépôt de la demande d’équivalence, déiivrés par le Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur.
Toutefois, leur admission définitive, et la délivrance éventuelle du diplôme ne peut être acquise que sur
présentation dans les délais fixés par i’autorité compétente, du texte acœrdant l‘équivalence à leur diplôme,
et obtenu au Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur par les soins du candidat.

Article 6 : Les dossiers de candidature seront reçus complets au Service de ia Scoiarité et de l'Orientation
Professionnelle de l’Institut Universitaire de Technologie FOTSO Victor (IUT—FV) de Bandjoun, aux antennes
de l'Université de Dschang à Nkolbisson — Yaoundé, Ebolowa, Bafia et aux Délégations Régionales des
Enseignements Secondaires au plus tard le 21 août 2017.

Article 7: Le concours comprend aussi bien pour le Cursus du Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie (DUT)
que de celui du Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS):

— un examen écrit;
— une évaluation des performances antérieures sur la base du dossier.

Article 8: les épreuves écrites auront lieux aux dates et dans les centres suivants:

1" Pour l'entrée en première année du Cursus DUT,
Les 25 et 26 août 2017, dans les centres suivants : Bamenda, Bandjoun, Bertoua, Buéa, Douala, Ebolowa,
Garoua et Yaoundé.

2- Pour l'entrée en première année du Cursus BTS {Cycle de formation Permanente},
Les 30 et 31 août 2017, au centre unique de Bandjoun.

Article 10: Un jury dédmission dont la composition est fixée par le Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur,
siège en tant que de besoin et dresse la liste des candidats proposés à l‘admission définitive conformément à
la réglementation en vigueur. Les résultats définitifs sont publiés par le Ministre de l'Enseignement

Supérieur.

Article 11 : Toute admission définitive n'est acquise que sur la présentation dans les délais fixés par l'autorité
compétente, du diplôme requis.

Article 12: Le Recteur de l'Université de Dschang, le Directeur des Accréditations Universitaires et de la
Qualité, et le Directeur de l'institut Universitaire de Technologie FOTSO Victor (IUT—FV) de Bandjoun sont
chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l‘application du présent arrêté qui sera enregistré puis publié en
français et en anglais partout où besoin sera.

admission into the FOTSO Victor University institute of Technology;
Mindful of Decree N° 2005/344 of 10 September 2005 appointing Rectors of Universities;
Mindfui of Decree N° 2015/398 of 15 September 2015 appointing Rectors of Universities;
Mindful of Order n°17/00056/MlNESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE of 25th January 2017 fixing the calendar of the
competitive entrance examination into Schools and Faculties of State Universities for the 20122018
academic year,
On the proposal of the Rector of the University of Dschang;

ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

ALŒ1:

A competitive entrance examination comprised of a written part and the study of files for the recruitment
of Seven hundred and fifty—five (755) students into the first year ofthe University Diploma in Technoiogy
(UDT) and Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) of the FOTSO Victor University institute of Technology
Bandjoun of the University of Dschang, has been launched for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

(1) The examination is organized in one sitting for holders of the Baccalauréat, or of the GCE-”A” Level in
at least two science subjects obtained in one sitting, or the holders of an equivalent of one of the above-
menhoned certificates signed or recognised by the Minister of Higher Education.

The holders of the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE/AL} authorised to sit for the
exam are those who have obtained at least four subjects at the GCE "O” Level in one sitting excluding
religious knowledge.

(2) Are concern to sit for the exam, "Terminales" students both scientific and industrial, series: C, D, E,
MAV, MEM, IT and F as well as Upper Sixth science students (Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry).
Article 3 :
The required school fees are:
— Fifty thousand (50 000) francs CFA, for UDT,‘
- Two hundred (200 000) francs CFA, for BTS.

Article 4 :
(1) -Each file shall comprise the following compulsory documents:
1. A registration form to be printed during the online registration on the website
http://www.sigesoniine.univ-dschang.org
2. Transcripts of Form 5, Lower sixth, Upper Sixth for both Scientific and Industrial Students;
3. Transcripts ofthe Baccalauréat or GCE "A" Level and that of Probatoire or GCE "O" Level;
4. A certified photocopy of one of the certificates entitling the candidate to sit for the
examination;
Four colour passport size photographs (4x4);
A certificate of nonconviction which is less than three months old;
A certisfied photocopy of the candidate's birth certificate which is less than three months old;
A medical certificate which is less than three months old issued by a Doctor of the Public
Service;

9. A stamped self—addressed envelope (size A4 400 Francs CFA);
10. A payfin receipt of an amount twenty thousand (20, 000) francs CFA as registration fees. This
sum can be paid through EXPRESS UNiON, EXPRESS EXCHANGE or MTN MOBILE MONEY on
presentation of ticket (bill) downloaded and printed during the online registration.
The form for the registration procedure is also available on the website http:// www.sigesonline.univ-
dschang.org at the students record and Vocational Counselling Service of FV-UIT, Bandjoun, at the
University of Dschang antenna in Nkolbisson —Yaoundé and in all the Regional Delegations of the Ministry
of Secondary Education.

(2) — Registered candidates who are preparing for the required certificates examination shall be
authorised to sit for the competitive examination on awaiting results.

(3) Only candidates with complete files shall be authorised to write or compete for the entrance. For

Article 5:
Holders of foreign diplomas shall submit either the equivalence or the receipt showing that they applied

for the equivalence oftheir diplomas or certificates issued by the Minister of Higher Education. However,
the final admission of these candidates shall be confirmed only on presentation within the date limit set

The final admission of the candidates shall be confirmed only on presentation of the Certificate required,
within the'date line set by the competent authorities.

The Rector of the University of Dschang, the Director of University Accreditations and Quality, and the

Institute Of fine Arts FOUMBAN of the University of Dschang for the 2017/2018 academic year, in the following

The entrance examination will take place on the 5, 6 and 7 September 2017 in the following Centres: Foumban, Bamenda Bambui, Yaounde—Nkolbisson, Dschang and Douala.

The examination is open to Cameroonians of both sexes who are holders of the Baccalaureat in all
disciplines or the GCE Advanced Level in at least livo subjects excluding Religious knowledge or any equivalent
certificate recognized by the Ministry of Higher ltdueation: “Brevet de Technicien”, or “Brevet Professionnel".

Candidates from metnber countries of the l'ieonotnie and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CiiMAC) which
have ratified the text governing the national treatment of students and who have the required qualification are allowed
to write under the same conditions as their Cameroonian counterparts.

(2) Candidates from countries which are not members of the Economic and Monetary Con‘nnunity of Central
Africa and those of member countries who are not participating in the examination can be admitted by the study oi
their files within the limits ofthe places available, it'tltey are beneficiaries of Scholarships from their govemntents or
an international organization which shows written tii'ooftiftlteit' readiness to pay their fees according to their status.

Article 3 : Complete application files should reach the Admissions office (scolarité) of the institute of fine Arts
lioutnbau (iii/ti") PO. Box 3! lioumban, latest August 29, 2017. They can be either sent before the closing date to the
Director of the institute of fine Arts Fountban (USAF), P.O. Box 3] Foumban or deposited directly at the students"
affairs office (scolarité) ofthe Institute ofl-‘ine Arts Foutnban. Documents can also he received at any oi'thc antennae
oi' the University of Dschang, (Yaounde—Nkolbisson, Ebolowa, Maroua and Bambui). or at Regional Delegations of
Secondary Education files sent through the Post Office must be registered with acknowledgment of receipt.

must be presented in the examination hall).
3. A certified true copy of Baccalaureat, GCE Advanced level or a certified true copy of the testimonials ofthc
above mentioned certificates.
4. Certified photocopies of Baccalaureat transcript, the report cards of the Upper Sixth class or a certified true
cepy ofthe GCE A level result slip.
A certified photocopy of birth certificate not more than three months old.
A medical certificate of fitness.
Four passport size photographs (4x4) bearing candidate’s names written behind.
An envelope (A4) stamped by the post office according to the weight of contettt and bearing candidate‘s

Aaddress.
N.B.: Candidates in the Upper Sixth class who are not yet in possession oftiteir Advanced Level results can also
sit for the examination on condition that they present an attestation of school attendance for the current

Article 12 : Expenditures linked to the organisation of the competitive examination will be borne by the budget of‘the

ARRETE :

Article 1" : Un concours unique sur épreuves est ouvert pour le recrutement de 105 étudiants au
Niveau 1 de la filière Professionnelle Sciences Biomédicales de la Faculté des Sciences de
l’Université de Dschang. au titre de l'année académique 2017/2018. Le concours se déroulera le
31 août 2017 aux centres de Yaoundé et de Dschang.

Article: (1) Le concours est ouvert aux Camerounais des deux sexes titulaires d'un

- Baccalauréat séries C et D. d'un General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE "A" -
Level) au moins dans trois matières scœntifiques et d'un GCE « 0 » Level. ou d'un diplôme
reconnu équivalent par le Ministre de l‘Enseignement Supérieur. Le « Religious Knowledge »
n’est pas pris en compte.

Les candidats ressortissants des pays membres de la Communauté Economique et
Monétaire de l‘Afrique Centrale (CEMAC) ayant ratifié les textes relatifs au traitement national des
étudiants et justifiant des qualifications requises sont admis à composer dans les mêmes

conditions que leurs homologues camerounais.
(2) Les candidats ressortissants des pays non membres de la CEMAC et ceux des

pays membres qui ne participent pas au concours d'entrée peuvent être admis sur étude des
dossiers dans la limite des places disponibles, s'ils sont bénéficiaires d'une b0urse de leurs

Gouvernements ou d’une Organisation Internationale qui s‘engagent à payer les frais de scolarité
afférents à leur statut.

Article 3: L'inscription au concours se fait en ligne et les dossiers physiques de candidature
complets doivent parvenir au Service de la Scolarité de la Faculté Sciences de l'l'Université de
Dschang B P 67 ou dans les antennes de l'Université de Dschang (Yaoundé. Maroua. Ebolowa.
Bambui et Belabo au plus tard le 25 août 2017. Ils devront comporter les pièces suivantes '

L’écrit comporte les épreuves suivantes :
- Une épreuve de Biologie aux questions à chorx multiples d une durée d'une heure et

affectée du coefficient 2.
- Une épreuve de Chimie aux questions à choix multiples d'une durée d'une heure et

affectée du coeffiment 1, '
- Une épreuve de Physique aux questions à choix multiples d'une durée d’une heure et

affectée du coefficrent 1.

- Article 7 : Chaque épreuve de l'examen écrit est notée de zéro à cent Toute note inférieure à
vingt obtenue à l'une quelconque des épreuves écrites est éliminatoire

| Article 8 : Le programme du concours est celui du Baccalauréat D ou du GCE « A » level dans les
matières . Biology, Chemistry, Physics.

Article 9 : Les délibérations se déroulent au sein d‘un jury nommé par le Ministre de
l‘Enseignement Supérieur sur proposition du Recteur de l'Université de Dschang
1) - à l'issue de l'entretien. le jury établit une liste des candidats proposés à l'admissmn au
concours par ordre de mérite ;
